  • Catsmo Salmon - Artisan Smokehouse in the Catskill Mountains that partners exclusively with sustainable wild fisheries. Their smoked salmon is the foundation of our NY Breakfast Sandwich. 

  • Channing Daughters - Wild yeast starter from their 'wine lees' are the foundation of several of our signature breads, including Chardonnay Miche and Cabernet Rustica.

  • Valrhona - We’re proud to use two different kinds of Valrhona chocolate in our chocolate chip cookies, balancing the smooth sweetness of milk with the romantic bite of dark.

  • Farmer Ground Flour - At the heart of our Spelt and Ultimate Wholewheat breads is fresh, stoneground flour grown in New York's Finger Lakes region by Farmer Ground Flour. Using their beautiful pink granite millstones, they make a distinctively delicious product that’s a perfect match for our hearty, beautiful breads.
